Terms of Sale and Delivery
1. Sale
On the KeyService Nordic website you can order new keys for your lock either by using a value card, which can be purchased at most bicycle dealers, or by paying for the key directly on the website.
When ordering, you must provide the key number for your lock. You can find this on the receipt from the purchase of the lock/the lock certificate.
2. Delivery
We always strive to deliver your package as quickly as possible.
The delivery time is estimated and applies from the moment the package is dispatched from us, and the time depends on the selected delivery method. When placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation followed by an invoice for your purchase.

3. Payment
You can pay with the following:
- VVisa, Dankort, Mastercard, Trustly, MobilePay, Klarna, Paypal
We charge your payment when we dispatch your order. Approval of your payment details takes place via an encrypted SSL connection. The actual verification and subsequent charge to your card are carried out by NETS and your bank. ABUS Nordic A/S does not have access to your card details.
4. Right of Withdrawal
The key is produced upon your order; therefore, there is no right of withdrawal.
5. Complaints
If you wish to make a complaint about your order, please contact us as soon as possible by sending an email to key@abus-nordic.com. We assess each case individually and will advise you on what to do in the specific situation.
6. Personal data
When you order new keys from KeyService Nordic, you must provide the necessary information for your order to be completed. Once your order has been processed, it is deleted online and thereafter exists as an accounting entry in our accounts for the 5 years required by law.
We guarantee that we never sell or otherwise pass on your personal data to third parties. For security reasons, we do not store any credit card information in connection with your payment. Only at the moment of payment are certain financial details transferred to NETS. This is done with maximum security measures via an encrypted SSL connection in accordance with NETS regulations.
